Return Process
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Problematic Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to first request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
